Native American Elm Burl Bowl

Large Native American elm burl bowl from the Eastern Great Lakes region, possibly made by the Ojibwa tribe. The bowl dates to the 1720-1750 period and exhibits a wonderful flared form and a surface that speaks to it's age. This rare Native American piece is in pristine overall condition. Length (at the top) - 18", Width (at the top) - 13". Height - 6".
