Very good Garnett B. French patriotic scherenschnitte (scissors cut) of an eagle with shield. Very punchy with the small hearts in the corners, the five pointed stars and the two clusters of tulips in the eagle's talons. Signed in the lower right hand corner. French was a contemporary of Ellinger. 13 1/2" x 14" (outside frame dimensions).
