Rare large ten gallon water cooler attributed to the Richard C. Remmey factory of Philadelphia, PA. This imposing piece is decorated on both the front and back with brushed cobalt tulips and what I would call wisteria blooms. Note the tooling ribs above the shoulder and the "hand impressed 10". It is in excellent original condition with no repairs. I have seen allot of Remmey water coolers over the years but never one this large. Circa 1850. Height - 20 1/2", Width - 15 1/2".
