Fine and rare seven inch Jacob Medinger (1856-1932) redware pitcher with sgraffito decoration of an eagle and two birds. The Medinger pottery was founded by Jacob’s father William in 1872. The business remained operational until Jacob’s kiln related death in 1932. The piece dates to the late 1920’s.
