Rare and fine owl tree made by master carver John Holloway from West Creek, NJ. Six carved and polychrome painted owls, all with glass eyes, presented on a sassafras branch and a turned, paint-decorated base. Holloway made only a handful of owl trees which is why this is considered a rare example of his work. Height - 21 inches.
